Job Description

Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:

  • How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
  • How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
  • Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?

BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...

Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Today we are a team of 25 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of 16k active users. Let's grow this network together !

As a Property Manager, you will

  1. Assure the required services for B2B-clients along their customer journey and
  2. Be responsible for smooth operations of our parking facilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. B2B-Customer support
    • Manage an own portfolio of small B2B-customers
    • Receive incoming calls and emails from customers
    • Investigate and understand the needs of B2B-clients and provide the most appropriate solution to their parking problems
    • Onboarding of new B2B-customers
    • Answer to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
    • Collect customer feedback and share it internally on a recurring basis
  2. Property amp; Facility Management :
    • Request amp; follow up interventions done by our internal intervention team or external partners
    • Administrative support of our asset managers


Requirements

  • Experience in B2B customer support, administrative support or property management
  • A Bachelor’s degree in (facility) management or other relevant degree
  • Fluent in Dutch amp; French. English is a plus.
  • Good commercial acumen and awareness of what improves business performance
  • Efficient communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills amp; ability to present to audiences
  • Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize and encourage others
  • Team player, capable to work autonomously
  • Sense of responsibility
