We are looking for an experienced Smappee Academy Trainer. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training to our B2B partners. This includes commercial and technical installation training in our product offering, as well as training on more generic energy related topics. The training offering entails physical training, tailor-made training as well as standard training. In collaboration with our Training Academy Coordinator, you will also be responsible for updating and improving course materials.
- Deliver high-quality training programs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs, adapting course materials as needed to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Assist in developing new training materials and programs where needed.
- Work closely with senior staff and department leaders to identify training needs and implement plans to ensure that all staff are adequately trained.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote training materials and courses to clients.
- Facilitate regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops for internal staff and external clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Smappee' s product and service offering, and ensure that all training materials are kept up-to-date with product updates and developments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (training, education,...).
- 3+ years of experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an engaging and accessible way.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- You can express yourself in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or German is an added value.
- You have a ‘green heart’ and you believe in renewable energy.
