We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects with large customers, and working with a diverse team of professionals in an international setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead in projects and provide guidance to team members
- Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions for clients
- Ensure project quality
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Requirements
- Minimum of several years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of M365, including Office 365, Azure and Teams
- Experience in working with international clients
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a consultancy or service delivery environment is a plus
