Full Stack Developer (PHP/Symfony)

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Full Stack Developer (PHP/Symfony) fluent in English and French, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Perform technical analysis, design, testing, documentation and construction tasks in the context of development and maintenance works on back-end services, reusable building blocks and front-end Web applications;
- Development with method and has a thorough approach to development and testing;
- Contribute to the evolution of the technical architecture;
- Evolutions of the Web environment.
Requirements
- University Degree in IT or related field, combined with professional experience of minimum 13 years;
- Proven experience in developing standard Web-based software using an MVC-compliant framework based on a scripting language (i.e. PHP with Symfony or a Javascript framework being Angular or nodejs);
- Good knowledge in coding using a PHP backend framework ideally Symfony;
- Good knowledge and experience of the range of Web technologies used for data and middle-tier layers;
- Experience in AngularJS would be considered as an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
