We’re leading the charge in AI-powered innovation. We're looking for a Digital Growth Hacker / Experiment Designer who shares our passion for testing business concepts in a digital way at scale, in order to enable evidence-based decisions in the innovation process.

What to expect
You take on a broad variety of tasks and projects to test assumptions around desirability, feasibility and viability of new products and services. Weexpect you to be a true ai-experimenter, data-freakand as excited as we are about autonomous innovation. We'd love it if you can learn us new ways to digitally validate new concepts, at scale.
Some things you’ll be working on at Board of Innovation:
- doing synthetic user research
- social listening and connecting the insights with API's (of chatgpt for example) to speed up and automate (parts of) your research
- create landingpages to quickly assess interest-rates of new concepts
- coach internal business designers on how to be more quant-focused while testing new value propositions
- create content around digital validation of business models/concepts/ideas (similar to this article, we share all our content open source for free to inspire innovators globally)
- you'll also do the basics, always aimed to validate/invalidate assumptions about new value props;
- e.g. set up digital experiment structures
- e.g. launch AB-tests and analyze the results
- e.g. creating detailed reports based on the experiments you ran
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Pioneer and creator who is enthusiastic about AI technologies.
- Able to work within CET timezone if you freelance or in Antwerp for full time positions
- Knowledgeable when it comes to analytics amp; tracking tools for experiments!
- Knowledgeable when it comes to social listening on socials (incl. Tiktok) and ad campaign manager tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
- Knowledgeable when it comes to landing page tools
- Knowledgeable about statistics to back up experiment results
- Knowledgeable when it comes to validation criteria for experiments
- Interested in behavioral psychology
- Knowledge about automation tools like Phantombuster or synthethic research tools like Synthetic Users is something we would highly appreciate!
