Tasks and responsibilities
- You are at the center of the interaction of the Remescar brand with consumers: digital content. This role oversees all content marketing initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, conversion, retention and customer loyalty
- You ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice; optimized for search and customer experience for all channels of content and for each buyer persona
- You identify new ideas for creative campaigns and you define the roll-out plan to all digital channels in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer and Creative Lead
- You develop a multi-channel content calendar
- You are in charge of the content copywriting and coordination of the content creation process for social media, website, e-mail marketing and other digital channels. You brief and work closely with the Creative Lead and Marketing Manager for the development of new visual content
- In collaboration with the Performance Marketer you extract the right learnings, identify and implement best practices, and you optimize the content marketing strategy for next upcoming campaigns
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communication or digital marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital content marketing or in a digital brand marketing
- You are familiar with digital brand marketing and know how to translate an idea into a creative and content campaign
- You know all the ins and outs of social media channels as Facebook, Instagram amp; Pinterest
- You have experience with e-mail marketing and content copywriting for SEO
- You’re familiar with short story copywriting for social media amp; e-mail marketing, and long story copywriting for website- amp; blog content
- You have experience with campaigns to drive e-commerce sales. You know how to interpret the KPI’s like ROAS, CPA, CR, CTR,
- Therefore you master all essential tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Experience with Klaviyo or another e-mail marketing automation tool is definitely a plus!
- You have a no nonsense and can-do mentality and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleagues
- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluently in English (any additional language is a plus)
- You have an affinity and passion for skincare amp; cosmetics, you are always looking to expand your knowledge on this topic

This role is based in Deurle (Ghent) and is advertised in Kortrijk as the neighbor location.
