Job Description

We are currently looking for an Intern Customer Support (Level 1) to strengthen our team starting January !

What will you be doing ?

As Customer Support, you will be part of the Product Team. The main mission of this team is to ensure the smooth innovation and utilisation of our software through new features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be a good communicator who is able to earn our clients’ trust.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

To be fully honest, it's a role in which you'll be the main contact of our clients so we need you much more than what those lines could say

As a Customer Support Intern you will:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Provide basic and common assistance to our customers and users thanks to your broad understanding of our product
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update support tools, documentation and templates (e.g. knowledge center)
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team

Requirements

First of all, don't hesitate to apply if you don't fulfil 100% of the requirements. Superheroes don't exist. People with passion and talent do and that's for whom we looking for !


  • You like working in the startup scene and have a passion for SaaS. You don't mind going the extra mile if needed.
  • You have a passion for products that solve real problems and enjoy working with corporate clients.
  • Although you can work independently and efficiently
  • You do what you promise and you take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible. You understand the why of decisions and you suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
  • You can communicate clearly, also in writing, taking into account who your audience is. You are always honest, but you are aware of the situation and always stay polite.
  • You are a problem solver.
  • Native speaker French, proficient English (dutch is a huge plus) - Yes that's a lot we asking but to be fair french and english are useful in many circumstances
