What will you be doing ?
As Customer Support, you will be part of the Product Team. The main mission of this team is to ensure the smooth innovation and utilisation of our software through new features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be a good communicator who is able to earn our clients’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
