Full Stack Developer (Typescript, NodeJS)

We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer (Typescript, NodeJS) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Development and maintenance of our IT systems;
• Definition of the proposed solutions for fixing or improving our IT systems;
• Documentation of the existing IT system;
• Assistance with in identifying improvements to our IT systems;
• Support of users by answering their queries about existing IT systems;
• Coordination and review of the current IT systems.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
• At least 5 years of experience in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.);
• At least 5 years of experience in SQL language;
• At least 5 years of experience in Object Oriented design patterns;
• At least 3 years of experience in TypeScript with a focus on back-end development;
• At least 3 years of experience in NodeJS with a focus on back-end development;
• At least 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services, and more specifically experience in: Lambda programming, Cognito, Athena, Glue, Cloudfront, WAF, API Gateway, S3, route 53, Quicksight;
• At least 3 years of experience in developing secure web applications;
• At least 3 years of experience in web services (REST and SOAP), with expertise in the design and development;
• At least 2 years of experience in microservices architecture and design of information systems;
• At least 2 years of experience in architecture as code with cdk;
• At least 2 years of experience in NoSQL databases;
• At least 2 years of experience in development of graphical user interfaces;
• At least 2 years of experience in Angular2 framework or similar;
• At least 2 years of experience in JIRA, Confluence and GIT;
• Good knowledge of applications design;
• Excellent command of the English language.
