You’ll get in front of our clients from day one. This is a key role in our team and you’ll be instrumental in leading successful client outcomes and deliverables. If you're passionate about the limitless possibilities of AI in driving innovation, we should definitely talk!

• Project contribution and ownership: Ownership of world class deliverables across a portfolio of client accounts. Visible and reliable as a source of knowledge, challenge and general bar raising. • Project management: Manages and scopes profitable projects.
• Self driven learning: Seen as an innovation leader by clients - used as a sparring partner, not a supplier.
• Business development: Comfortably, authentically making friends, telling stories and putting us in the best position to win the kind of work we want to do. You have an existing network of clients that generate significant, long term revenues and are constantly looking for opportunities to build new strategic client relationships.

• You bring in +-10 years of relevant experience in an innovation / strategy / AI agency
• You have a strong network across some of our key verticals (healthcare, FMCG, Industrial)
• You have a track record of successfully overseeing end-to-end corporate innovation projects and leading teams that have delivered successful innovation projects, as part of an agency.
• You not only demonstrate a distinct preference for integrating AI and data science into the innovation process but also possess the potential to coach and guide others in doing the same
• You are eligible to work in Belgium and you’re excited to work from our Antwerp HQ a few times a week.
• You are skilled in designing and executing impactful evaluative and generative experiments using digital tools. You're interested in quantifying things.
• You have contributed significantly to business development before by closing new deals/partnerships (+600K)
• You identify strongly with our mission, values and culture
