- Working on operational excellence action plans to improve clients' performance =gt; ACT
- Analysing key processes and proposing solutions =gt; SIMPLIFY and IMPROVE
- Making and presenting eye catching and mind-blowing presentations =gt; SHOWCASE
- Implementing solutions and support teams until sustainable results are achieved =gt; COACH
- Making the implementation of the corporate strategy a smooth, efficient and happy track =gt; FACILITATE
- Tracking results and seeking for continuous improvement =gt; LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS
- Becoming a reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company =gt; BUILD TRUST
OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
- You are a senior IT consultant comfortable with the data migration methodology
- Ideally have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Has a good experience working with SAP
- You speak both English and French
- You have strong change management skillset
- You are available immediately or on a short notice
Requirements
AND YOU HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN...
- Managing the data migration activities for SAP/4HANA implementation
- Coordinating data cleansing/preparation activities
- Providing solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
- Providing suggestions of ways the business can adapt for the future
- Conducting and delivering quantitative research
- Having strong numerical ability to analyse performance metrics
- Effectively managing projects from inception to completion

This is a long term role for (up to 3 years) for an independent consultant with an initial contract of 1 year.
Presence at the clients site in Liege is required 3 days/week.
