Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a JavaFull-stack developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of user requirements;
- Development and integration of technological components;
- Prototyping;
- Writing of technical documentation;
- Applications’ integration;
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience with Spring Core and Spring MVC and Spring Boot;
- Experience with EJB, Servlets, JSF and JSP;
- Experience with Oracle RDMS, PL/SQL;
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA as well as JTA;
- Experience working with the Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo;
- In depth knowledge and skills on using Continuing Development / Continuing Integration techniques, knowledge of source code control repositories such as Maven, Bamboo, Bitbucket/GIT, SVN, TFS;
- In depth knowledge of Java 6 and above;
- Good knowledge of interoperability technology (Service Oriented Architecture, web services, message oriented middleware, service-oriented bus);
- Good knowledge working with Agile / SCRUM methodology;
- Good knowledge working with Spring Data;
- Good knowledge working with of HTML 5 and CSS3;
- Good knowledge working with of unit testing with JUnit and Mockito frameworks;
- Good knowledge working with of microservices with Axon framework;
- Good knowledge working with Javascript framework Angular2 as well as JQuery;
- Good knowledge working with REST with JAX-RS;
- Knowledge of UML, in particular use case diagrams and activity diagrams;
- Good knowledge with Weblogic and/or JBOSS as well as Apache Tomcat;
- Knowledge working with Vaadin;
- Knowledge of SOAP and Spring Web Services;
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
- Knowledge of C# and ASP.Net as well as T-SQL is an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
