ODOO PROJECT MANAGER (permanent employees amp; independent consultants)

As aOdoo Project Manager, you will join our team of highly experienced consultants and advise our clients with their most challenging questions. You use your knowledge and experience to improve our clients ways of working.
As anODOO project manager,you'll play a paramount importance in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing our customers' needs
- Design both technical and functional solutions
- Manage the budget allocated to customer projects
- Plan and coordinate project stages
- Manage a team of project developers
- Supervise the development and integration of solutions at our customers' sites
- Manage the project from A to Z, from launch to customer satisfaction
- Present project progress to customer and management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- You have at least two years' experience in managing ODOO ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills demonstrated through professional experience.
- Expert level functional knowledge in various business concepts such as supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, inventory, customer relationship management, sales and purchasing, manufacturing and accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, use and train customers on relevant systems, features and products.
- Proven ability to make decisions and balance conflicting demands throughout the project.
- Functional knowledge of Odoo core modules such as sales, purchasing, delivery, accounting, manufacturing, e-commerce, human resources, etc.
- Successful implementation experience of at least 3 complete Odoo implementation cycles.
- Excellent team player, meticulous, autonomous and proactive.
- Stress management and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of risk management and its implications
- Fluency in French amp; English
