Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:
- How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
- How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
- Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?
BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...
Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Today we are a team of 25 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of 16k active users. Let's grow this network together !
Requirements
As Expansion amp; Asset Assistant Intern, you will integrate the Operations team.
The main mission of the service :Maintain the existing portfolio and find new opportunities to increase the footprint of the BePark-parking Portfolio
Positioning the Expansion amp; Asset assistant in the department’s organizational chart :
- He reports to the Asset Manager
- He interacts internally with the members of the portfolio team (Portfolio, Expansion, Property managers, etc.)
- He is also in contact with external partners in order to identify new business opportunities
Purpose of the position:Support the asset and expansion manager in (i) the maintenance of the good relationship with existing landlords and (ii) develop and find new business opportunities, mainly, in the BeLux in order to support BePark’s growth
Main missions and activities of the positions
- Asset amp; Portfolio management support (50% of time)
- Prepare reporting to landlords
- Support and plan portfolio actions in order to increase parking performance thanks to deep-dive analysis
- Follow-up portfolio actions taken (e.g. price increase, marketing etc.)
- Prepare portfolio overviews for management reporting
Sales Development (25% of time) - Follow up real estate transaction
- Data collecting in order to prepare and organize prospection
- Ensure an optimal approach in order to get numerous prospect
- Phone prospection
- Provide regular forecast of future needs on specific area where BePark is not present yet
Sales assistant (25% of time) - CRM update (Salesforce) / Creating new contact and account

- Prepare the Business Plan and proposal for the parking owners
