We are looking for our future Altesian with a Master's degree in business, Economics, Management with at least 3-4 years experience in Procurement, and ideally already with a first experience as Consultant. But the most important for us is the mindest and ability to adapt rapidly to new client environments and challenges. You are also triggered to work in challenging environments and willing to learn from Altesia’s Partners to further develop yourself.

c. Your Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in business, Economics, Management with 3-4 years experience in Procurement, ideally already with a first experience as Consultant
  • You are proactive; fast learner, curious, diplomatic.
  • You can demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are a good negotiator and have change management skills
  • You are flexible and can work both autonomously and as a team player
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint...) is a must
  • Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
  • Good oral and written proficiency in French, English and Dutch is a plus
  • The start-up spirit does not scare you and you are ready to participate to the growth of a young and dynamic company

d. What will be expected from you in your role:

Depending on the missions proposed by our clients:

  • Participate to the development of Procurement strategies and source plan
  • Manage RFx processes, including vendor identification, bid comparison, analysis, bid defence meeting organisation, contract negotiation and finalisation:
  • Partner with relevant staff to manage vendor/supplier bidding and proposal development (RFx creation and bid comparison and analysis)
  • Coordinate and manage vendor bid defence meetings and associated follow-up.
  • Negotiate final scope of work, budget, and payment schedules with the Suppliers
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Support contract development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal department
  • For smaller or less structured clients and depending on your level of experience, you could collaborate with Senior consultants on projects related to implementation or reorganisation of Procurement departments
