Job Description
Agilytic, a leading data-driven management consultancy in Belgium, is seeking a freelance part-time HR and payroll expert to support our team.
With over 150 successful projects completed for well-known companies since 2015, and a growing team of professionals, we are dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals through the smarter use of data.
As an HR and payroll expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process for our employees
- Handling personnel administration and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Preparing employment contracts, letters, and other related documents
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
This is a part-time position (approx. 1 day per week) with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance this assignment with other commitments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR and payroll expert
- Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and employment laws
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and French or Dutch, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
