Job Description

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns? Team Nallian is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to take the lead in developing and executing strategic lead generation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns that effectively convert leads into qualified prospects. From conceptualization to execution, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the product and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and nurturing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Create compelling and targeted content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and webinars to engage and convert prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis and follow-up.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay on top of what’s happening in our market and what drives our prospects and customers to tell stories that resonate.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing campaign management, with a focus on lead generation (in B2B). Ability to create engaging and persuasive content (success stories, blog articles, web pages, videos, ).
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (we use Hubspot and Salesforce) and analytics tools for performance measurement (such as Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work hands-on and looking for continuous improvement and new ideas to deliver results.
  • A healthy interest in technology and eager to learn more about our solutions and the logistics and air cargo industry.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
