General information
- Duration: First contract is for 6 months with rolling extension.
- No. of working hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: 2 day(s) per week in office in MECHELEN
- Contract type: payroll

Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding development teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product backlog items and priorities.
- Collaborate with development teams to remove impediments, promote self-organization, and facilitate decision-making.
- Provide guidance on Agile principles and best practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture by encouraging open communication, transparency, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changes quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in removing impediments and promoting problem-solving within development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile tools and practices, including Jira and Confluence.
