As our Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in aligning the product roadmap and ensuring the successful deployment of projects.
Requirements
On a given day, a Product Owner will:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Clients to co define the product roadmap and drive project execution in a fast-paced environment
- Create requirements in the forms of epics and stories
- Participate in team scrums and sprint planning, define and prioritize tasks
- Conduct backlog refining meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain a delivery plan, while monitoring progress, deviations and dependencies.
- Find the right equilibrium between different priorities amp; team's capacity and ultimately plan an effective roadmap.
- Set success metrics and feature roadmap to align with business goals and drive the roadmap to completion.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- 3 -5 years of previous working experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or similar role within the Tech Industry and ideally with data / digital products / platforms.
- Experience with coordinating and communicating with technical and non technical teams and stakeholders.
- Combine business acumen with technical acumen to bridge technical solutions and strategic decision making
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Any previous experience of working within projects related to smart mobility or smart cities would be greatly appreciated.
