An opportunity has arisen in the Products and Ancillaries team to join as Ancillary Products Development Manager. In this role, you will deliver the ambitious plan to generate revenue from a high contributing ancillary product portfolio with focus on green mobility. This will play an increasing part of the group financial health in order to meet the customers’ needs and create attachment to our offer via our distribution capabilities.

This role is Brussels Grade F and a London amp; Paris Grade E, Travel Level 3 and can be based in London, Brussels or Paris.

We're looking for someone to:

  • Understand the aspiration of the Eurostar customer to develop the right products and partnership that will enrich the customer proposition on the marketplace with curated products and create long term value for both Eurostar and our customers
  • Attend travel events to meet partners and discover new products that could enhance Eurostar customers’ journey
  • Review potential partners and select whose model and philosophy is closer to Eurostar’s in order to create long-term partnerships for both our partners and us
  • Engage with supporting functions that will help achieve your goals in order to deliver the expected revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
  • Become the subject matter expert and the champion of your portfolio in an organised governance process that you will establish with your line manager and other Ancillary Products Development Managers
  • Support the work of technical integration of our solutions with our digital teams and our partners teams. You may rely on expert project resources if necessary, depending on the expertise required
  • Use your knowledge of data analysis, to follow on performance and pull necessary data
  • Support the administrative tasks of the ancillary team in regard to budget, contracts, POs, RFPs etc to leverage your knowledge of the customer and the market and develop the 360-view of the activity

Requirements

You'll need

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial function, focused on revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of commercial operations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good experience and knowledge in managing contracts and supplier relationships
  • Experience handling improvement of revenue
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent work based experience
