Duties and Role:
- Configure new end users profiles such as phones, end users, device profiles, DNs, on CISCO Call Manager.
- Apply Certification configuration to the phones.
- Remove the unused end users profiles and their dependencies on CISCO Call Manager.
- Implement voice configuration on CISCO Routers according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Collaborate in the execution of the test plan
- Be able to direct the work undertaken by the local site technicians
- Follow the sites implementation list provided by Project Manager/Implementation Manager
- Action the Standard Operating Procedure with regards to CISCO Call Manager and CISCO Routers configuration document for each location
- Communicate with local site technicians to execute the replacement of the phones and routers in an efficient way.
- Communicate with NCI Agency Project Manager and Implementation Manager to share the status report of each location.
- Collaborate with the Voiceamp;Video team.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge amp; Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- 3 years of experience with CISCO Call Manager
- 3 years of experience with CISCO VoIP phones
- 2 years of experience with CISCO routers and switches.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Intermediate network knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Proactive behaviour in dealing with issues.
- year of experience in international environment
