Duties and Role:
The main duties will be to:
Needs Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments across departments to identify documentation requirements and priorities
Documentation Creation and Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Establishing Standards: Define and enforce documentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all documents.
Identify, ingest and process data sources which are required to display information relevant to the customer.
Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Work closely with other team members and customer in order to create meaningful, reliable and near realtime visualization solutions in line with customer expectations
Version Control and Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage version control processes and ensure proper document lifecycle management.
Think out of the box to propose new ways of displaying complex information. The result shall be actionable.
Deliverables
The main deliverables as will be to:
Comprehensive Documentation Plans: Develop detailed strategies outlining the creation, storage, and retrieval of documentation to meet departmental needs.
Various Document Types: Create a range of documents, including user manuals, technical guides, process documents, and any other required documentation identified during needs assessments.
Document Templates: Create standardized templates to maintain consistency across various document types.
Document Management System Setup or Improvements: Implement a new system or improve the existing document management system to enhance control, accessibility, and versioning.
The provider shall attend to meetings with the customers on a regular basis, understand what their needs are, propose realistic solutions meeting these needs and implement those. These solutions shall be validated by the customer and improved until full customer satisfaction is reached.
For coordination purposes and due to the access required, the provider of this service shall work onsite, at SHAPE, Mons, Belgium.
Respond to ad-hoc tasks given by the service delivery manager and section head.
The service provider is expected to provide high quality deliverables in accordance with internal processes.
The service provider shall be responsible for complying will all applicable local employment laws, in addition to following all NCIA onboarding procedures. Delivery of the service cannot begin until these requirements are fulfilled.
