We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to take marketing ownership of our energy management and charging stations product portfolio. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing global and regional go-to-market strategies to promote and drive the adoption of our energy management and charging solutions in the market.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, Ramp;D, and sales to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analysing competitors, and identifying customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for product launches and product collateral and sales enablement tools that go with them. You will manage and coach the Product Marketeer(s).

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive the adoption of our energy management and charging solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Manage product launches, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop product collateral, sales tools, and marketing materials to support sales teams and educate customers
- Manage and coach the Product Marketeer(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing for hardware and software products, preferably in the energy management or electric vehicle charging industry
- Proven track record of driving product awareness and demand through effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Deep understanding of energy management systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
