In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Analyzing business requirements and procurement business flows
- Translating the business requirements to a business case, describing As Is vs To Be and providing a Fit-Gap analysis
- Offering customer guidance in choosing and proposing the most suitable solution to aid their daily activities
- Documenting clear functional specifications for the development team
- Creation of User Stories for the development team
- Testing and validation of the proposed solutions and itβs functionalities
- Assisting in the go-live of validated solutions
- Providing knowledge sharing and expertise towards the internal team of consultants
- Assist and ensure Quality Assurance in the product management
- Drafting Test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience with modelling techniques such as BPMN, UML
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
- Good understanding and experience to apply the SAFe methodology
