Social Media Management / Content Writer / Video Editor

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to manage and update my sports site. The primary responsibilities will include creating posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of sports, especially football.

The goal is to create backlinks to my site as much as possible.

For example, when Manchester United is playing against Liverpool. As this is an important match, there should be a post before the match explaining why it will be interesting and highlighting key players. The candidate should be creative in crafting engaging content.

Additionally, when there are no matches, I expect the person to find copyright-free videos online and publish them on our social media channels.

The starting salary is 50,000 PKR, with increments every three months. After one year, the salary is expected to reach 100,000 PKR, with further increases as the role grows.

If everything goes according to plan, the candidate may need to relocate to Europe after 1–2 years. We will provide a working visa, and if the hired individuals perform well, we will ensure they have opportunities to advance their careers in Europe.

To be fully transparent, we need two people for this role. We're still beginners, but we are confident that we will grow rapidly. We are currently building our site and apps for iOS and Android. Once they are ready, the hired employees can begin working.

I'm not looking for developers at the moment, only individuals who are ready to learn and have basic IT knowledge, such as familiarity with social networks, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing skills. We honestly don't care whether you went to school or not—what matters is that you're genuinely willing to help us grow and if you really plan to have a career in Europe in the future.

Please note that we expect the hired candidates to start working in March, or at the latest, in April. There are no specific working hours or days; however, we do expect daily activity. The details will be clarified later.
