What you will do:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs,
- Draft inspiring job descriptions and job ads,
- Source candidates through online channels,
- Drive the selection process, including screening calls, assessment and interviews,
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System,,
- Follow through with candidates and hiring teams during the selection and pre-hire process,
- Build a strong network of candidates (past and future),
- Track performance metrics.
Requirements
- You have worked for at least 3 years as a recruiter for tech roles in a fast-paced environment,
- You have already hired digital or ecommerce sales profiles,
- Working experiences in the banking or payment sector is a plus,
- You are super confident with social media, ATS and professional networks,
- You speak and write fluently Dutch, French and English,
- You love connecting and building relationships with candidates,
- You can measure and report your work results,
- You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
