We are constantly growing, and we are looking for a?Technical Service ConsultantMicrosoft 365?to join us in taking our services to the next level.
You will be part of our?Shared Service Center, where you will use your creative talent to solve M365/SharePoint issues and requests. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivering the best service possible to our Microsoft clients. As fast and efficient as possible,?you fix functional and technical issues.?Communication?is key as you will keep clients updated on the status of issues and make sure all their questions are answered.
Requirements
- Microsoft is your passion!
- With a first experience as an O365/SharePoint/Microsoft developer under your belt, you want to take your career to the next level.
- Knowledge of Valo Intranet or Nintex Workflow is an asset.
- You focus on finding?solutions?instead of fixating on the problem, you love to be the person who fixes things.
- You are?flexible, you can switch easily between tasks.
- You know how to keep an?overview of priorities?and running issues.
- You enjoy interacting with customers on technical issues.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
- You love?sharing knowledge?and working together with your team to create the best result.
