YOUR MISSION
- Follow-up of the incoming and outgoing invoices amp; payments
- Participates in the maintenance of the customer database
- Daily collaboration with the Accounting Manager and Specialist
- Participate in accounts closure and revenue analytics
- Help to maintain performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
- Drafting amp; Implementation of procedures
- Automation amp;/or improvement of processes
- Assisting our CEO and other teams on multiple projects (database, online content, etc.)
Requirements
- You are fluent in English amp; French - both are necessary to deal with our clients
- You don't have specificly avanced finance knowledge but you are comfortable with figures and you are looking for a first experience in Finance amp; Accounting
- You are able to take initiatives, prompt to ask questions when needed, and you give high attention to details
- You have excellent organisational skills
- You are not afraid to call clients or suppliers
- You can start in June 2021
- An internship agreement can be provided by your university
We can only accept candidates with an EEA or Swiss citizenship or with a work permit valid in Belgium
