Optimile is an international software as a service (SaaS) company, providing a range of applications in the field of mobility. Optimile has developed a cloud based platform that takes a Charging as a Service (CaaS) and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) approach in order to connect users with various means of transport.
Optimile offers a white label charge point operator (CPO) and mobility service provider (MSP) platform for electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to professional customers worldwide. Optimile is based in Ghent, Belgium, operates in seven countries and numbers more than 60 000 customers worldwide. The shareholders of Optimile are BNP Paribas Fortis, Touring and AG Insurance.
To support our fast growth, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
As a hands-on, open and positive Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities include:
- You are the first contact for our customers, partners and other contacts by phone, e-mail and in person
- You handle customers amp; partner requests in a friendly manner and with grammatically correct language
- You learn the features of our products and are able to explain them to our customers
- You are responsible for describing and escalating issues through the appropriate internal channels
- You work out the "best practice solutions" and create guides for internal and external use
- You help where needed and are responsible for general support
Requirements
- You work independently and have an analytical mind
- You have strong administrative skills with a huge sense of responsibility
- People describe you as enthusiastic, communicative, result-driven and a great multitasker
- Dutch is your native language, but you are also fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
