Chatlayer.ai is a part of Sinch and based in Belgium. We developed an easy to use Conversational AI platform that lets our clients build and maintain even the largest and most complex bots, no coding required. We built our AI entirely in house, including our speech-to-text algorithm. Our natural language understanding algorithms can understand more than 100 languages out of the box, even if you trained it in just 1 language.
This is just the beginning. To bring our voicebots to the next level, we need a voice engineer which can create the most seamless voice interactions. As we are part of Sinch, the code you write will power voicebots on a global scale.
At Chatlayer.ai we work together to create the best experience for our users. We are allergic to analysis paralysis. But we don’t mind testing out new solutions in real life, because a minimal viable feature is always better than a thousand words. So, in collaboration with our customers we build software that solves their conversational design problems. And we go the extra (s)mile to make them happy, because there are no stupid questions, there is mostly only bad software.
As our new Voice Engineer you will:
We are looking for someone which has been writing already production quality Javascript code for a couple of years. Preferably, you have been working with streaming technologies and want to bring your skills to the next level. You will play a key role in bringing our Voicebots to the next level and integrate voice channels and AI components into seamless voice experiences.
With that said though, we are still more interested in who you are! If you like putting ideas in practice and thrive when your voice is heard, you’ll probably enjoy being part of this team! We want you to be curios and interested in modern technologies while at the same time being equally interested in our clients and the end users.
