We are looking for a Workforce Specialist to join our People team and support our contingent workforce operations in EMEA. You will be working with contingent workers, employees, 3rd party vendors and leaders within the organisation to assess and maintain our outsourced hiring model. This role will report to the Head of HR for EMEA.What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide seamless process adoption, implementation and execution of key partnerships, supplier performance/SLA's, quality, metrics and continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day-to-day program projects and tasks
  • As the POC for all Contingent Workers and leaders across EMEA, you’ll resolve issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner, partnering cross functionally across the organisation
  • Drive KPI’s and accountability with the staffing agencies, complete staffing KPI reporting for the organisation
  • Work with hiring managers to qualify job specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain vendor relationships and be the primary point of contact for any escalation or inquiries
  • Manage all contingent-related inquiries end to end and claims when they arise
  • Negotiate bill rates with suppliers, adhering to rate card metrics to achieve cost reduction / savings targets for flexible workforce program
  • Work independently to oversee day-to-day management of data integrity and process associated with onboarding and off-boarding to ensure full compliance and best practice
  • Collaborate/coordinate with internal cross functional internal groups to support positive experiences for both contingent workers and hiring managers
  • Execute and oversee assignment notifications to contract worker constituents on approaching assignment end dates, extensions amp; check-ins
About You:
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a contingent workforce program management operations capacity
  • 2 years of HR coordination / administration experience preferred
  • Fluent in French or German (both highly preferred) with the ability to travel to France / Germany regularly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-Driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the legal environment surrounding contingent workers and employee classification guidelines in France and Germany specifically
  • Supplier optimisation and performance management: Scorecards, Taxonomy amp; Contractual
  • Experience working with Workday etc
