We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations to manage cross-functional and cross-company projects as well as operational and strategic initiatives. This role will report to the HoBO and will be based in our Brussels office.
Key Responsibilities:
Working withMarketing, Sales and Customer Success, notably, you will:
- Proactively assist and propose reporting and analysis to Finance, Marketing, Sales amp; CS to steer operations and revenue efficiency;
- Be the resource that the Gamp;A team can rely on with regards to large scale projects requiring deep analysis, data manipulation, modelling and visualisation
- Be the go-to person for CRM data output and analysis, as well as cross reporting with invoicing systems and other systems used by revenue teams
- Help with structuring and optimising the CRM and other revenue-related systems;
- Proactively automate revenue reporting processes and reforecasts
- Build out dashboards and visualisations in our BI system for our revenue and finance team
Revenue Operations support
Be the go-to Revenue Operations resource for any questions/queries/needs related to process improvement implementation, changes and maintenance needs on our CRM tool
Performance Management -
Support operating rhythms (e.g. weekly and monthly business reporting) for key business segments and management. Establish business goals and define KPIs
Own and manage strategic finance
Notably, this person will work with finance and functional heads for:
- RIO measurement of marketing initiatives;
- Calculation of CLV and pricing migration impacts
- Pricing validation on customised packs
- Profitability per channel
- Profitability per segment and geography
- Most of the above does not exist today and will need to be built from scratch alongside finance and the functional heads.
Requirements
- BS (or MS) in business-related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or similar discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, operations or consulting
- Experience in sharing business narratives with executives
- Experience building financial models in Excel
- Proficiency with BI and large data sets
- B2B SaaS experience is a nice-to-have
- Languages: English Fluent
