Board of Innovation is expanding and is looking to bring onboard a Senior Strategy Consultant:Healthcare amp; Life Sciences. This person will be responsible for the growth of at least 2 key accounts relationships across EMEA. You will be driving account development: identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling and managing existing new and long-term relationships.

- You build a clear key account management strategy
- You own and manage the account revenue
- You identify new opportunities and potential risks within an existing account
- You develop a deep understanding of the clients business goals
- You have a clear overview of the business amp; strategic agenda of your accounts
- You translate key needs and challenges into proposals and close deals
- You have an informed point of view on current projects at all times
- Deliver projects that contribute to the account growth
- You secure a high quality of the project delivery
- You own project management and work closely with other team members to secure timely delivery
- You create cases for your accounts and provide necessary information flow among all stakeholders
- You develop and maintain relationships at senior level within the key accounts
- You build and understanding of key stakeholders in the key account, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits
- You map out all key stakeholders within an existing account and establish new relationships within the account
- You maintain active dialogue with clients through regular meetings and quarterly business reviews
- You actively seek and monitor client satisfaction
- You work closely with the team
- You work together with the team to demonstrate benefits and maximize client satisfaction
- You ensure that account relationship, interactions, and deliverables are in line with the agreements
- You attend amp; participate in all sales activities within Board of Innovation
- You give direction to the team for support in account based outbound campaigns
Requirements
Ideally, you have:
- +- 5 years of relevant work experience within healthcare amp; life sciences domains
- Demonstrated account management experience
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare ecosystem amp; value chain
- Agency or consulting experience
- Project management experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proven new business development, sales and negotiation skills in services
- Comfortable working towards new business development revenue target up to 1.5M
- Strong interest in innovation
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
