Burson Cohn amp; Wolfe (BCW) Brussels, a leading and award-winning integrated public affairs and communications consultancy, is hiring two Consultant/Senior Consultant, Healthcare amp; Food. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Senior Director and Healthcare amp; Food Practice leader and will help drive the growth of BCW Brussels’s full-service integrated communications offering in healthcare. You will also work with and have access to a team of talented healthcare experts across the BCW global network. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge in the healthcare and consumer health sectors, as well as a passion for EU policy and communications and contribute to the continued success of BCW Brussels.

Requirements
- You will have a hands-on approach to managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare and consumer health projects, while nurturing client relationships and delivering strategic and well-thought-out integrated communications programs.
- You will work with account teams and clients to identify opportunities to deliver greater impact and results.
- You will take a proactive role in new business development, and in agency operations and forums, contributing to the strength of our broader team both internally and externally
- Talent management: mentor and train team members and support them to deliver best in class consulting services.
- Thought Leadership: you will keep up to date, share knowledge and best practice and position BCW externally on the healthcare amp; food sector and policy developments.
Key experience and skills
- You will have a strong grounding in Global/EMEA/EU policy communications and public affairs, within an agency or similar environments, with 4-8 years of experience in healthcare and consumer health, and ideally in pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience of leading projects is essential as well as involvement in orchestrating teams to success and building strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing and deploying disease awareness campaigns and advocacy relations is a must.
- Experience of managing account financials, internal forecasting, and reporting.

As a result of COVID-19, all BCW Brussels employees are currently working remotely. Interviews will therefore take place by MS Teams. Successful candidate must be able to travel to Belgium at the start of the role to enable us to onboard you.
