BPM-SPCM Service Catalogue Management Officer

• Support the SPCM team in the update, clarifications and detailing of the NCI Agency Service offering
• Support the Service rate calculation and validation from a technical perspective (assessment of changes with respect to necessity for the successful support of the service)

Requirements

• Familiar with Service delivery and service support models.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Catalogue management and understanding of processes that interact with IT Service Catalogue.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Both IT and business centric: Ability to translate technical explanation of service offerings into customer value proposition. Also able to grasp customer's expectations from the Service Catalogue and able to take action for improvements.
• Understanding of service cost models
• Strong technical understanding of IT services (experience in defining and documenting service support proposals/offerings)
• Experience in working in commercial (or customer funded) environment with service level agreements and service support requirements
