What's in it for you?
As a CX consultant, you can take on a varied work package where you focus on a number of customer relationship management (CRM), Marketing of E-Commerce topics. You set out the lines for the functional design of CX solutions for our customers.
From your back-end knowledge, you are responsible for building processes and interfaces. Next to that you will provide training and support your end-users.
Sharing knowledge with your team members and coaching our junior colleagues lies in your nature. You will support our customers, through various project phases, from scoping, fitting to the standard best practices and designing the desired customer journey in an agile context.
