CentralApp is a successful international Belgian startup. After raising 500k from the founders of Keytrade and Skynet, CentralApp has developed a platform that digitally transforms the way restaurants, shops and beauty salons do marketing. This tool is now used by over 1000 businesses in Belgium, France, and other countries.This last year our websites have have been used by over 10 million people, a 400% growth from last year. We work daily with industry leaders working with local businesses such as Google, BNP Paribas Fortis, Deliveroo, Schwarzkopf, or with Petit Futé.

To fuel this explosive growth we are looking for a Content Creative amp; Account Executive Intern who is entrepreneurial and passionate about business development!

Your role

We are looking for an Account Executive Intern to assist the customer success team. Through the internship you will learn how to create the best websites for our clients, optimise existing websites in order to improve on their KPIs, design amp; optimise visuals for our clients (incl. logos) and prepare analysis for our Customer Success team. Depending on your language skills you will be able to assist in one of multiple countries.


More specifically you will:
  • Account Management: Follow-up all our clients amp; our partners clients (phone amp; email follow-ups)
  • Copyrighting: You know how to write simple but effective articles by adapting to different writing styles, while keeping in mind the SEO impact.
  • Design amp; Select visuals: You have a good design sense and can manipulate easy to use design tools like Sketch, Canvas, etc.
  • Performance reports: Using internal tools, you will prepare the performance follow-up to be used by Customer Success.
  • Client success follow-up: You will assist the client success team in meeting follow-ups.
  • Key Projects : Multiple ad-hoc projects to improve Customer Success KPIs (Referral Rate, Churn amp; NPS)
  • Helpdesk: Contribute to the development of customer resources.

Requirements

Your profile is:
  • Writing skills: You are recognised for your writing skills (irreproachable spelling in particular).
  • Local business smart: You understand how a local business works and what are its challenges
  • Business sense: You have a good business sense.
  • Tech savvy: You are tech savvy and can work super fast on multiple screens.
  • Native in French OR Dutch OR Spanish OR English
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • You are available for 20-24 weeks (6 months)
Bonus
  • Other languages are a plus languages.
  • Design skills.
