Business Developer Traineeship

CentralApp is a leader in online marketing for restaurants in France and Belgium serving over 3.000 restaurants with break-though online tools such as the Smart Website. This year our websites have have been used by over 10 million people, a 200% growth from last year. We work daily with industry leaders working with local businesses such as Google, BNP Paribas Fortis, Deliveroo, Tiller or Petit Futé.

As businesses will progressively be allowed to re-open, CentralApp is setting ambitious goals for its Business Developmentactivities by targeting to serve 30.000 customers in the coming years.

To deliver this plan, we are looking for entrepreneurial minded business developers with an appetite to grow into a Team Leader who is able to work across multiple industries.

As a business developer trainee, you will learn in 24 months how to open new territories or segments, sell effectively with the various sales tools and learn to manage a small team. This is a very challenging role that requires a high level of motivation and fits an entrepreneurial profile who wants to develop a career in sales for a market leading company.

At the end of this track you will have the opportunity to become a Business Development Team Leader and are on the right track to become Regional Manager.

• Sell to top tier business, key accounts and groups.
• Own relationships with key accounts
• Manage, coach a small team in a structured and methodical manner
• Motivate your team to meet targets
• Build tools and resources to enable your team
• Become an expert on a key Digital Marketing Subject (SEO, Social Media.) and train the company on this subject
• Take part in the selection process of the Business Development Interns

Requirements

• Entry level position ( post studies )
• You understand how a local business operates and what its challenges are - we created Centralapp to help them!
• You have excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, by telephone or by e-mail
• You have some experience in coaching and/or managing teammates (associative, previous internship, etc. )
• Creative approach: you'll need to adapt the company strategies to day to day challenges
• History of exceeding targets
• Exhibit the ability to self-motivate
• Languages : French (native) and English (fluent)

• Previous internship in business development or account management
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry
• Experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up
• Other languages
