Opportunity

Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professionals to lead our European Government sales activities (excluding UK market). As the European Government Sector Sales lead, you will be responsible for executing the sales go to market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals and meeting company targets.

Requirements

Typical responsibilities include: Working with our Director of Government Solutions and the EMEA Sales Director to define and execute the sales strategy and go to market plan for the European Public Sector agencies; building, leading and Government sales team; consistently deliver against sales targets; contributing to the overall growth of the business.

About you

You should have the following:

  • A good understanding of Government agencies issues and ability to ‘solutionize’ with customer
  • A good understanding of Government agencies operational and buying processes
  • Determination to succeed in challenging circumstances
  • Ability to lead and grow effective sales teams
  • Expertise working and solution selling within Government agencies across Europe
  • Ability to be an independent decision maker but equally is inclusive when evaluating options
  • Ambitious and energetic with strong inter-personal skills
