We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and dynamic third year Bachelor or Master student to work hand in hand with our HR Director on talent management and recruitment processes.

What is Sparkers all about?
We deliver Market insights, Product tracking and Custom solutions exclusively to the Entertainment Industry. We do this by measuring Sales and Streaming Audiences like no other.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Tracking recruitment process and updating system
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and application forms
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain candidate database
Talent Management
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Assist in planning surveys
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Assist with the employee performance management process
- Help in building the learning path for the employees
- Help with day-to-day tasks in human resources operations
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Requirements
How do we imagine our future HR intern?
- You pursue a third year Bachelor or a Master degree studies within the Human Resources domain or relevant field (management, communication, business and administration, labour force relations, law, etc.)
- You have excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
- You are creative and flexible
- You are curious, self-driven and eager to learn
- You have good organisational skills
- You are a team and people oriented person
- You are available at least 3 months from May 2021 or from September 2021
- The internship is supported and covered by a contract provided by your school.
