Our expansion team is fast, efficient and very hands-on. Within your Real Estate Expansion teams, you will need to manage and execute in a timely-manner. You will cover a variety of topics from real estate acquisition to engaging local partnerships and managing existing real estate. Our expansion team enables speed and efficiency allowing the Gorillas mission to spread across the globe.

What you will be building with us:

• You will support the decision making process alongside our expansion team
• Your tasks will involve gathering of and outreach to potential warehouse locations
• You will interact with potential landlords and real estate agents
• You will build up a pipeline and push deals through the funnel
• You will be fully involved in the negotiation and signing process

Requirements

What you add to the Gorillas Family:

• You have a good bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have gained first experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally Real Estate)
• You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps
• Ideally, you have gained some first experience in sales (ideally also in the real estate sector)
• You are willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English as well as French or Dutch
