Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join our brand-new Audiences measurements team and take in hand the design part of our state-of-the-art services. Our Audiences Measurements team is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to major stakeholders of both the Video Games and the Technology industries. Armed with our new branding material, you will work closely with our PM and Frontend Developers from the conception to the implementation of attractive services and beyond.

What is Sparkers all about?
We deliver Market insights, Product tracking and Custom solutions exclusively to the Entertainment Industry. We do this by measuring Sales and Streaming Audiences like no other.
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Use research and data to create personas and drive your vision of the user experience and his needs.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards and prototypes around customer needs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
- Work closely with PM and Frontend developers to implement attractive designs from conception to go live.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
How do we imagine our future Graphic Designer?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Infographics, or a related field
- You have proven experience as a UX designer or similar role
- You have a design-thinking, user-centric mindset
- You understand business metrics and have the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
- You are fluent in English
- You have great communication skills
- You have an affinity with analytics and a business acumen, enabling you to translate analytical requirements into creative solutions
- You enjoy working in a young and dynamic atmosphere
- You have the ability to think creatively and an artistic eye for design
- You work accurately and have organisational, time and project management skills
- You are detail-minded
- You have an understanding of the latest design trends
Desirable Technologies and Software engineering practices:
- Excellent in standard design software (e.g. InDesign, Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop))
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Agile methodologies is a plus
