The role you’ll play

You’ll become an expert in our mix of products and solutions and effectively introduce these to our existing clients. You’ll become an expert on the clients in our portfolio and come to understand their needs, buying process and business challenges that can be solved by LanguageWire’s solutions.

The team you’ll be part of

You’ll have a unique role and work with both our Customer Success and Business Development teams. Therefore, you’ll not only become an expert mapping accounts, getting to know who key stakeholders are and effectively presenting our solutions but you’ll also gain a deep understanding of how we currently work with each client and what other areas of their businesses need assistance.

  • Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Mapping assigned accounts and becoming an expert on customer company structure
  • Understanding if and how we work with different client entities in different regions
  • Identifying which unused solutions across our portfolio could be used by the client and working with our teams to sell them the service
  • Learning and mapping which client stakeholders are responsible for which requirements
  • Contacting client stakeholders and working across LanguageWire from engagement to presentation to business creation.

In one year, you’ll know you were successful if

  • Have a deep understanding of our client you work with and have developed deep, trusting relationships with them.
  • Colleagues can call upon you to know even the most granular details about your clients requirements
  • You understand the business and you have been a part of a significant amount of further business for the company.

What does it take to work for LanguageWire?

What you’ll need to bring

  • University Degree or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of client buying lifecycle - from lead generation through business closing
  • A consultancy toolbox (problem solving, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, presentation skills etc.)
  • Ideally 3 up to 5 years of sales or account management expertise dealing with large to multinational companies
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM system
  • Excellent English, Dutch and French language skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This will make you stand out

  • Experience in the translation/content/software industry
  • Experience in cold calling and prospecting new clients
  • Previous experience in managing the pipeline business
