We are searching for a hungry, honest, and humble, experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our consultancy offering and super-serve our customers in the early stages of their relationship with Agilytic.

As an SDR, you will act as an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don't focus on closing business but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they're good customer fits. Your key performance indicator will be the number of chances created. You will then assist an experienced consultant in closing the deals.

About the Team

Agilytic is building a sales and marketing team, whose responsibility is to accelerate revenue growth. Working with you will be complementary profiles, including a content manager who drafts convincing material, a Senior Data Scientist who oversees our online campaigns' configuration, and the management team who are there to provide the whole team with the resources they need to do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings amp; sales pipeline within a defined Accounts list
  • Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan
  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads in a consistent matter
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity including calls, live prospect connections, email amp; LinkedIn touches
  • Work cross-functionally with Consultants and Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
  • Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects
  • Keep up to date with the technology industry and competitive landscape

Requirements

About You

  • An earlier successful experience in a similar B2B sales function
  • Excellent written, oral, and phone skills (fluency in French and Dutch is essential)
  • Thick-skinned, bold, and ambitious with a strong work ethic
  • Hunter and willing to be tenacious and creative when prospecting
  • Outgoing and fun to be around!
  • Fascinated by technology and passionate about selling groundbreaking ideas and products in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Geek at heart: you’re constantly on the lookout for ways technology can help you be more efficient, without letting this distract you from your goals
  • Willing to learn and implement new sales techniques
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Passion for selling
  • Master’s degree required
  • A driving licence for passenger cars (B permit) valid in Belgium
