GIMBER is a successful Belgian scale-up located near Brussels. GIMBER is an alcohol-free drink based on organic ginger and herbs. It turns your water into gold, you can use it to make a delicious mocktail or cocktail, or you can use it for cooking. They grew to +70 employees in 3 years (!), and are still looking for new people to join the G-Team.
As our brand new management assistant, you will provide our Executive Management Team(COO, CFO and Commercial Director)100% one-to-one support in all segments of their jobs. You will be involved in the day-to-day processes and tasks of our Executive Management Team. Those are too much to sum up, but in short: everything concerning daily planning (agenda, meetings, travels) and communication (monitoring emails and calls, drafting communications, taking notes during meetings).
With your extensive experience within this job, you will be having a lot of independence and responsibilities, as well as freedom to give your personal touch. As the personal swiss-knife of our Executive Management, you will be having a lot of impact, that’s for sure.
