As our Head of Content amp; SEO, you are the conductor of our overall content model. With a firm grip on your baton, you orchestrate the development and communication of all content-related matters. To make sure every single piece of content is playing the right soundtrack to our audience, you see to it that the system works, the process and tools are useful, and the SEO content is performing, paving the road for long-term organic growth. You’re very much into technology, technological advancements and current affairs, and ensure that the whole content flow is up to date for production of relevant and relatable content. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will be supported in the long run by your own set of editors and copywriters.

Because digital growth is everything to you, you happily take on the challenge to bring our website conversion rate to the next level by optimizing GIMBER’s online traffic, including A/B and multivariate webpage testing, dynamic web personalization, and beyond. Day-to-day, you collaborate with your team (UX/UI Designer, Copywriter and Manager) to conduct the development of high converting landing pages.

Obsessed with uncovering the next best content topic, you show interest in psychology and human behavior and strive for providing a fitted answer to your audience’s reptilian needs through technology.

Featuring 3+ years experience in conversion rate optimization and analytics, you have extensive hands-on website optimization skills and you’re ready to build a CRO program from the ground up.

What you will be DOING

  • You master developing and communicating our overall content model, making sure the system works, the process and tools are useful;
  • You are able to plan content strategies based upon questions/problems our target audience raises;
  • You can determine cornerstone / pillar content and target pages early;
  • You build a clear purpose on what single action we expect our audience to do when interacting with our content;
  • You are responsible for qualitative metrics on the site such as CTR from SERP and, newsletter signups from articles and other onsite behavior;
  • You play an active role in research and in this capacity, you formulate questionnaires and surveys, gathering information from key industry figures;
  • You work cross-functionally with marketing, community, design, and product teams to generate effective content and communications while feeding back into their strategies;
  • Your strategy focuses on an increase in defined user engagement metrics (measured by users taking the desired actioni.e. conversions, new subscription, purchase, etc.);
