Job Description

GIMBER What?

There are plenty of good reasons to cut out alcohol, but there is NO good reason to cut out flavour! GIMBER is a bold, healthy drink with the right tasteful kick to get you going and keep you buzzing. Packed with all the gingerol you need to live to the fullest, it’s got zero preservatives, is completely organic and made with premium ginger.

If this quick shooter of what we stand for has managed to hit your G-spot, you might be the next G-team member we are looking for.

Before we go any further, we have to warn you that all the good feels we draw from the drink we market, we also spread in life to the people we come across. As an employer, we advocate for equal opportunities and value diversity. Also, discrimination has no seat at our recruitment table (we’re more than happy to welcome souls from any gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, marital and pregnancy status, etc.) and our salary package should make you want to fight a little for the job.

Also, note that as a potential future member of our brand, you will be expected to drink your shot of Gimber per day to keep the doctor away.or not! Don’t you worry, your free will to choose your holy drink is safe but still, we ARE looking for a like-minded individual, with one eye set on a healthy lifestyle and the other on the digital world. If on top of those perks, you are blessed with creativity, originality and a sense of excitement, feel free to move on to the next part of this spicy job description.

GIMBER Who?

Product Manager, that’s the name of the gig. If, in real life, you’re the ‘perfect host’ type, who likes holding the door for new visitors and who manages to keep a crowd entertained while they’re on your turf, you might as well keep reading. What’s coming next might spark just as much in you as a Gimber-based cocktail on a hot summer night would.

As a CRO expert, your focus is to help us increase our growth initiatives by improving conversion rates across the entire customer funnel and by raising both the average order value and the customer lifetime value. If that’s music to your ears and you are the kind of dedicated team member who strives to grow along the business, is forward thinking and loves a challenge, you probably should apply for this job but before you jump into it, let’s go a bit deeper into details.

That includes A/B and multivariate webpage testing, dynamic web personalization and beyond. Day-to-day, you collaborate with your team (UX/UI Designer, Copywriter and Manager) to guide the development of high converting landing pages.

Obsessed with uncovering the key to conversion rate optimization, you show interest in psychology and human behavior and strive for providing a fitted answer to your audience’s reptilian needs through technology.

Featuring 3+ years experience in conversion rate optimization and analytics, you have extensive hands-on website optimization skills and you’re ready to build a CRO program from the ground up.

Harder, better, faster, stronger than your favourite superhero, you solve problems like it’s a piece of cake and welcome new challenges with open arms. Learning by doing is what makes you tick; you just LOVE it.
