Application Development Project Manager

As Application Development Project Manager you will manage the development of specific customer applications or the development of applications that will become part of our product portfolio.The scope of these projects are applications that support the collaboration between different players in logistics processes. Knowledge of air cargo industry and air cargo processes is considered a strong plus in these projects.

You will:

• Determine -- based on the input of our customers -- and define project scope, project work plan and project schedule, and where necessary elaborate a release plan
• Estimate resources needed to reach objectives
• Manage required budget based on scope of work
• Monitor progress and make adjustments where needed
• Provide in collaboration with the delivery manager - regular status updates to the customer
• Liaise between the customer and the technical development lead for the development of the application/solution
• You escalate to Nallian management when deviations occur
• Provide input to the Nallian Platform development team if additional requirements exist on the product

Requirements

• You have a bachelor or master's degree (or equivalent through relevant experience)
• You have experience in IT development projects and with service oriented, API-heavy environments
• You are able to liaise between the technical team and the user representative and understand both worlds
• A technical background and experience with logistics processes and/or air cargo is a plus
• You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills that will enable you to align between the customer and the development team.
• You are pro-active and results driven
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, any additional language is considered as a plus
• You are well structured in your work and have an eye for detail
