BePark is a digital smart parking pioneer. We operate parkings and connect them to an ecosystem to create value for users, owners and the community. We operate currently out of Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. Not only do we have an online product for Building owner, tenant and end-users but we also allow our users to magically get in and out of a parking area using AI via license plate recognition, the press of a button on their smartphone or other physical devices, . How cool is that?!

For our Sales team, we are looking for an Intern in Business Development.

As Intern in the Sales team, you will learn Sales Techniques and support the Account Managers with a focus on Real Estate partners .


Your responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse our field of activity (PropTech)
  • Gather information and prepare prospecting campaigns, databases and market insights for the BeLux sales’ team;
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the real estate partners, their needs and impact on their operational business;
  • Translate the challenges for our real estate partners in an adapted parking management strategy thanks to our digital platform;
  • Finding solutions in order to offer the best option to our clients and ensure that they see the added value of our services;
  • Supporting the sales’ team in proactively following up the sales opportunities in order to meet the clients' needs and close deals (a.o prepare offers, contracts, etc).

Requirements

  • Your mother tongue is Dutch, you are fluent in English and French is a plus
  • You are at least a 3rd year student in a Bachelor in management, economics or marketing related study with a keen interest for software sales in the Real Estate industry (Proptech)
  • You can commit to working at BePark for a minimum of 4 months, starting in September 2021, in order to fully understand the business and develop your skills.
  • You are result-oriented and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are organized, rigorous and focused with a good analytical mindset
  • You enjoy social contact and meeting new people
