Due to their ever-evolving business, my client is expanding the Commercial team to enhance sales activities within the UK and Italy. As a vital part of their business model, you will have the opportunity to get deeply involved with the day-to-day activities that drive business sales.
The Inside Sales Representative effectively takes a Sales lead and nurtures it into a solid prospect for the Field Sales Representative to visit, using a combination of Sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and business awareness. With the world becoming more and more tech-based, the role of Inside Sales has become a key role in the over business drive and success as more is done office-based.
We are looking for someone with previous inside sales experience and true sales talent!
What you will do:
You will play a fundamental role when it comes to achieving the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
- You will source new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound communication.
- You will research accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
- You will manage existing resellers (approx 80%) and prospect resellers (approx. 20%), promoting new collections and products.
- You will partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals.
- You will route qualified opportunities to Field Sales for further development and closure.
- You will work closely with your Inside Sales colleagues to share strategy, concepts, and ideas.
- You will collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and CS.
Requirements
Your added value:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent Italian + English.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or similar.
- Commercial flare with the ability to identify opportunities and get the most out of each lead.
- A professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- Thrives on collaborating with other internal departments, such as Field Sales and Customer Service, towards one common goal.
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable with change in direction.
- Previous experience with a CSR/ERP tool.
