My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their passionate, dynamic, and continuously evolving company! They are in the top 3 of their sector in Europe and enjoy modern, comfortable offices just outside of Brussels.
You will handle key client accounts (distributors) to process orders from A to Z, handle issues and perform problem-solving. Please kindly note that approximately 85% of the communication is done by email and 15% by telephone, just to give you an idea. They believe that the voice of the customer is paramount to provide a response that is professional, simple, and speedy.
This role would suit a strong administrator with excellent coordination skills and follow-up moreover than a highly commercial profile.
Key tasks:
- Oversee customer orders from A to Z and maintain a close overview of each phase of the process
- Liaise closely with other internal teams such as Sales and Logistics to ensure the optimum customer experience
- Coordinate high volume orders, problem-solve, and meticulously follow-up on an administrative level
- Track orders and maintain proactive communication with customers
- Manage and process invoices and credit notes and follow-up all claims
- Maintain an UpToDate overview of current promotions, pricing, and discounts in order to offer the best service to customers and to enhance sales
- Always be ready to offer the best solution for the specific needs of each customer and offer a bespoke service
Requirements
Profile:
- You speak fluent German, French, and English.
- You have experience working with high-volume logistics.
- You thrive on providing a flawless service to your customers and are driven to satisfy them.
- You are highly organized and thrive on performing administrative tasks to a high standard.
- You are proactive and thrive on speedy, yet accurate, follow-up.
- You like being responsible for your own tasks whilst also being part of a team.
- You are motivated to play a key role in the success of the company and to feel a part of the company's direction and evolution.
- You are comfortable following processes as required whilst also being a part of an ever-evolving brand that is creative and adaptive.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience using ERP or CRM tools.
